Double calender station that allows multilayer lamination in a single pass, change of liner and cut to format. Available with standard roller heating for a working temperature of 90º or with oil heating for working temperatures up to 220º. It allows to adhere flexible materials by means of transver adhesives, PSA or thermoadhesives, on one or both sides.
Slitting and cross cutting with motorized blade, waste removal system, etc. It is possible to carry out multilayer lamination in one step. roll to roll, roll to plate, plate to plate and plate to roll.
