Laminating system with heated rollers and integrated cutting system. Adjustable speed. Temperatures from 90º to 230º. Suitable for material widths from 1600 to 2100mm.
Available with standard calendering for working temperatures up to 90º and heated rollers for working temperatures up to 220º. It allows laminating flexible materials using transfer adhesive, PSA and thermo-transfer, on one or both sides. It can be configured with different winders and unwinders, including external ones.
It is possible to configure the system with longitudinal, transverse cutting, waste elimination systems, etc. Allows roll-to-roll, roll-to-plate, plate-to-plate and plate-to-roll applications.
