Industrialisation aid for investments by INDUSTRIAL SMEs in the Valencian Community 2023 (GVA 2023)

At Atom Spain we would like to inform you of the new Aid from the Valencian Community aimed at investment projects that involve the implementation of new production lines in new industrial establishments or those that are already in production anywhere in the Valencian Community at the time of the application, as well as those that involve improvements or the modernisation of production lines in these industrial establishments.
The acquisition and commissioning of the subsidised assets must take place between 1 January 2023 and the date of justification of the subsidy. (3 November 2023).
Beneficiaries
Small and medium-sized private companies that carry out or are going to carry out a productive industrial activity in the Valencian Community directly or indirectly linked to the industrial sectors, whose main activity is CNAE of any of those described in ANNEX I of the call, in accordance with the National Classification of Economic Activities.
Eligible actions
Investment projects that involve the implementation of new production lines in new industrial establishments or those that are already in production anywhere in the Valencian Community at the time of the application, as well as those that involve improvements or the modernization of production lines in these industrial establishments.
Minimum budget
€20,000 (VAT excluded), except for the video game sector, which will be €10,000 (VAT excluded).
Eligible expenses
a) Acquisition and/or improvement of machinery, apparatus, equipment and other tangible assets directly linked to production, in addition to moulds and dies, machinery for certification or quality control of products, equipment and installation of internal laboratories and clean rooms in the industrial establishment, transformers, treatment plants and equipment for management and/or reduction of waste, emissions and effluents generated by the industrial process, vehicles and equipment for transport within industrial facilities, as well as in general machinery and equipment related to storage, packaging, preparation and logistics of raw materials, intermediate products or finished products.
b) Acquisition, implementation costs and commissioning of intangible assets directly linked to the company’s production processes, including, where applicable, implementation and commissioning costs.
c) Audit costs for the preparation of the review report of the supporting documentation for the grant, by an external auditing company registered in the Official Register of Auditors, up to a maximum eligible amount of €600, excluding VAT, per application.
d) Industrial engineering costs for external collaborations that are intrinsically necessary for any of the eligible actions, provided that they are directly linked to the assets being acquired.
Aid
35% subsidy of the eligible expenses, without exceeding the limits established in the European de minimis Regulation.

The deadline for submitting applications will be from January 16, 2023 to March 3, 2023, both days included.
